House painting in Marvin, NC
Estate exteriors, long trim runs and outbuildings — quoted and walked by the owner himself.

What the work looks like here.
Marvin is a different job from in-town Charlotte. Houses sit on one to five wooded acres, mostly custom-built and newer, which means fewer historic-substrate surprises and far more surface area — long soffit runs, deep porches, and often a barn, workshop or run of fencing to match.
We plan Marvin exteriors around the tree canopy and the weather: pressure clean, let it dry properly, then prep and coat in sections so nothing sits half-finished. Homes here move in about two months on the market, so if you're painting before a listing, tell us the date and we'll build the schedule backwards from it.
It is a thirty to forty-five minute run from Uptown, which we account for at scheduling rather than at pricing. The drive doesn't change the rate.
Neighborhoods we work in: Broadmoor, Marvin Ridge area.
How far out do you book in Union County?
Exterior season fills first — spring and fall book a few weeks out. Interior work is usually quicker to schedule.
Do you paint barns, fencing and outbuildings?
Yes, and they're quoted as their own line so you can decide what happens this year and what waits.
Is there a minimum job size out here?
No. Call us about one room or a whole exterior — the drive doesn't change how we price the work.
We work in Charlotte and Weddington too.
