What we collect
When you submit the estimate form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you selected and whatever you write in the message field. We collect nothing else through this website.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the estimate you asked for, to schedule and carry out work, and to keep a record of the job. We contact you by phone, text or email — the consent checkbox on the form is what permits that.
Who sees it
The Painters, LLC and the email delivery provider that carries the message to our inbox. We do not sell, rent or share your details with advertisers, lead brokers or any other third party.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become jobs are kept for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Records relating to completed work are kept as long as we are required to for tax and warranty purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated before they go live.
