Weddington is Marvin's sister community in southern Union County, with a shorter run to Ballantyne and a lower entry price. The difference that matters commercially is the layout: this is established HOA subdivisions rather than scattered estates.
That changes two things about an exterior job. First, colour is rarely a free choice — most of these neighbourhoods run approved exterior palettes, and the submittal is a real friction point for homeowners. Second, the houses are close enough together that a well-executed exterior on a cul-de-sac gets seen. A good share of our work here has come from the house next door.
The stock is newer and more consistent than in-town Charlotte, so exteriors are largely a preparation and scheduling exercise rather than a restoration one: wash, dry properly, prep, and coat in sections around the weather.
