New Construction Painting in Charlotte

Builders keep our number because we hit the date.

Newly built craftsman bungalow finished at dusk, painted blue-grey with cream trim and the porch lights on.

New construction is a schedule problem before it is a paint problem. Finish work lands late in the programme, everything upstream has already slipped, and the trade that can absorb that without dropping quality is the one that gets called back.

We've been doing that for Charlotte general contractors and custom builders since 2002. Board finishing, priming and finish coats run as one sequence with drywall & plaster rather than as two separate bookings.

What's included

  • New construction painting, interior and exterior
  • Priming and finish coats to the builder's specification
  • Sequenced with drywall finishing on a single schedule
  • Punch-list and touch-up work before handover

What you get out of it

  • One call for board and paintDrywall finishing and painting under one contract removes the handover that usually costs a builder a week.
  • Punch lists closed, not arguedTouch-ups get done before the client walkthrough rather than being negotiated after it.
  • A 24-year track record with GCsContractors who could hire anyone in this market keep hiring us back. That is the whole reference.

New construction questions

Do you work directly for general contractors?

Yes, and it's a significant share of the business. A veteran GC who once teased the owner for working solo now retains us regularly.

Can you hold a fixed handover date?

We quote against your programme and tell you up front if the date is unrealistic given where the site actually is. We'd rather have that conversation at quote stage than at handover.

Do you handle both the drywall finishing and the paint?

Yes. Both are in house, which is usually the reason builders call us instead of booking two trades.
